This company is promoted by Mr. Sandeep Arya, B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication, a distinguished Project Manager, having 11 years of rich experience in Telecom with expertise/exposure to manage and deliver large (green field and enhancement) projects for GSM Cellular & OFC Networks. A well organized and result oriented individual with proven ability to implement procedures and process, standards to ensure Quality, Tracking, control and management efficiency. He has demonstrated success in Network deployment and Program/Project Management.

He has excellent management skills, capable of motivating and leading individuals to maximize levels of productivity while forming cohesive team environments. An exceptional communicator, he is focused on building strong client relationships.

He is trained & has thorough understanding of SDH, PDH and GSM technologies and hands on experience in Field Installation, Quality Assurance Interface Testing (TEC Evaluation), Field trial, Commissioning and Integration.

He has rollout cell sites implementation at the rate of around 200 sites per month in UPE and UPW in last 4 years which includes end to end rollout of infrastructure and Telecom equipment both.
